Big surprise here.
A liberal MP named Carol Parrish was speaking to reporters about the impending "initiative" against Iraq and ended her comments with, "Damn Americans ... I hate those bastards."
CBC reporter Susan Lunn heard Parrish make the comment. Parrish issued a written statement that said, "My comments do not reflect my personal opinion of the American people and they certainly do not reflect the views of the government of Canada."
Oh, OK. I think we all feel better now.
I could easily put this Automated Nigerian Spam Response Generator to use five times a day!
Members of the Blogfodder Regiment of the HOSTILE Army may have noticed that I have updated your MT to v2.62. It's an upgrade, not a new version, but there are some differences. Have a look at the Guide to see the changes. One of the nicest additions is the Sanitize function. MT will now automatically strip any suspicious code submitted by your visitors (i.e., in your Comments) and also close any tags they left open.
A Japanese scientist has figured out a way to mimic invisibility. A most impressive example of coming at a problem from the flank.
Howard Kurtz of WaPo's Media Notes has an article sure to make a few readers vomit here. Nauseating is the thought of a Clinton occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., and the column is mostly how Bill Clinton never seems to go away. But interesting are the couple of notes Kurtz makes about some bloggers' reactions to the Columbia tragedy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, the usual suspects are there, but it's still a good read.
You are blue. You are somewhat innocent, in the fact that your genius only extends to the physical world. You have a false sense of contentness. You are usually the quiet one, the genius. Everyone can count on you to help when they have problems, but you only fall short of being able to solve your own.
What inner color are you?
I'm not sure this is entirely true, but hey, it's something to post.
